I really feel connected to my therapist and I feel that he has been such a benefit to my life. I have learned a lot of new coping skills and still learning as my 2 sessions are still left to do. He is such a nice and a humble person and I love my counseling sessions. I have been able to work through much of my past issues with depression and anxiety. The worksheets he provides, really helps me a lot.

Prisha is a dedicated and hardworking individual. The consistency she has shown in her sessions is something highly desired for people to cope up with their anxiety and depressive symptoms. I wish her all the best and I am glad I am able to help her.

I would highly recommend Nishant to anyone who is struggling with OCD. His sincere guidance and approaches can help you to manage your symptoms and live a happier life despite of suffering from a chronic mental ailment.

The client had a prior diagnosis of OCD predominantly sexual and religious obsessions. He turned up for therapy due to non compliance towards psychiatric treatment. Since starting counseling, he noticed several positive changes in his life. His intrusive thoughts are less frequent and less distressing, and he been able to reduce his obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. He was also able to tolerate uncertainty and discomfort better than he used to.
